Haikou Jinruichen Import & Export International Trade Co., Ltd. respects personal information and business-data security. This policy explains how JRC AI Sales Platform handles information.
1. 收集的信息 / Information we collect
我们可能处理账户资料、登录与安全记录、用户提交的客户和业务数据、操作与审计记录，以及用户授权后由 TikTok 提供的基础账户标识和内容上传状态。我们不要求用户提供 TikTok 密码。
We may process account details, login and security records, user-submitted business data, operational and audit records, and—after authorization—basic TikTok account identifiers and content-upload status. We do not ask users to provide their TikTok password.
2. 使用目的 / How we use information
信息用于提供和保护平台、完成用户请求、连接 TikTok 账户、创建经用户确认的上传草稿、排查故障、维护审计记录以及履行法律和平台合规义务。
Information is used to provide and secure the platform, fulfill user requests, connect TikTok accounts, create user-approved upload drafts, troubleshoot issues, maintain audit records, and meet compliance obligations.
3. TikTok 数据 / TikTok data
平台通过 TikTok OAuth 获取用户授权的最小权限。当前用途包括读取基础账户信息及上传视频草稿。未经用户明确操作和批准，平台不会代表用户直接发布内容。
The platform uses TikTok OAuth and requests minimum necessary permissions. Current uses include reading basic account information and uploading video drafts. The platform does not directly publish without an explicit user action and approval.
4. 共享与披露 / Sharing and disclosure
我们不会出售个人信息。仅在提供服务所必需时与基础设施或集成服务商处理数据，或在法律要求、安全保护、权利维护时披露。
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared with infrastructure or integration providers only as needed to provide the service, or disclosed when required by law, security, or protection of rights.
5. 保存与安全 / Retention and security
数据仅在实现上述目的、履行合同和法律义务所需期间保存。我们采用访问控制、加密传输、租户隔离、审计与最小权限等合理措施，但任何系统都无法保证绝对安全。
Data is retained only as long as needed for these purposes and contractual or legal obligations. We use reasonable measures including access control, encrypted transport, tenant isolation, audit logging, and least privilege.
6. 用户选择与删除 / User choices and deletion
用户可在 TikTok 中撤销应用授权，并可联系授权管理员申请访问、更正或删除相关账户数据，但法律、审计或安全要求需要保留的记录除外。
Users may revoke app authorization in TikTok and contact their authorized administrator to request access, correction, or deletion, except records retained for legal, audit, or security requirements.
