This service is provided by Haikou Jinruichen Import & Export International Trade Co., Ltd. By using JRC AI Sales Platform, you agree to these terms.
1. 服务用途 / Permitted use
本平台用于企业销售线索研究、客户关系管理、客户跟进以及经用户确认的社交媒体内容草稿上传。用户必须遵守适用法律、TikTok 平台规则及第三方权利。
The platform supports business lead research, CRM, customer follow-up, and user-approved social-media draft uploads. Users must comply with applicable law, TikTok policies, and third-party rights.
2. 账户与授权 / Accounts and authorization
用户应保护账户凭据，仅连接本人或已获授权管理的 TikTok 账户，并确保提交的内容拥有必要权利。不得利用本服务发送垃圾信息、侵权内容或进行未经授权的访问。
You must protect account credentials, connect only TikTok accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and hold the rights needed for submitted content. Spam, infringement, and unauthorized access are prohibited.
3. TikTok 功能 / TikTok features
平台使用 Login Kit 连接账户，并可将经用户明确批准的视频上传为 TikTok 草稿。默认不启用直接发布；最终编辑与发布由用户在 TikTok 中完成。
The platform uses Login Kit to connect accounts and may upload explicitly approved videos as TikTok drafts. Direct Post is not enabled by default; users complete final editing and publishing in TikTok.
4. 服务可用性 / Availability
我们会合理维护服务，但不保证服务始终无中断。第三方平台、网络或维护可能影响功能。我们可为安全、合规或运营需要暂停相关功能。
We use reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party platforms, networks, and maintenance may affect functionality.
5. 责任限制 / Limitation of liability
在适用法律允许的范围内，我们不对间接、附带或后果性损失负责。用户对其账户使用、内容、客户沟通和业务决定负责。
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Users remain responsible for account use, content, customer communications, and business decisions.
6. 终止与变更 / Termination and changes
用户可停止使用服务并解除第三方账户连接。违反条款可能导致访问受限或终止。重要更新将在本页面公布并注明新的生效日期。
You may stop using the service and disconnect third-party accounts. Violations may result in restricted or terminated access. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
